Since art college I have always kept a scrapbook and I recommend it, although trawling through every newspaper and magazine before they go in to the recycling bin is very time consuming ! I keep things I like, things I don't like, craft ideas, packaging and even pinups. Mainly its things to inspire. I now use folders with plastic leaves.

This week I have two reviews of my books which was interesting as one was for my first Barefoot book and the other for my latest.

My kitchen blinds needed an update, and having designed and drawn my own blinds since we've lived here decided on Poole Pottery, which I collect. Made in Poole, Dorset in the UK, for over 100 years the pieces I like date from the 1950s. The blinds usually last about 5 years before I feel like a change.
